Q: QuestionHow do I turn on the pilot for the oven?

• A:Answer Hello! Model AGR6303MMS is an electronic ignition. Cooktop and oven burners use electronic igniters in place of standing pilots. When the cooktop control knob is turned to the “IGNITE” position, the system creates a spark to light the burner. This sparking continues until the control knob is turned to the desired setting. When the oven control is turned to the desired setting, a hot surface igniter heats to a bright orange and ignites the gas. No sparking occurs. The glow bar remains on while the burner operates. • A:Answer Hello! It is normal for wall ovens and ranges to get hot on the outside. Depending on where the vents are located, it will determine which areas get hotter. • A:Answer On this model Range START begins any oven function. If START is not pressed within 5 seconds after pressing a function pad, the Push to Start (“PSH”) indicator light will flash and the push to start tone will sound as a reminder. If START is not pressed within 1 minute after pressing a function pad, the oven display will return to the time of day mode and the programmed function will be canceled. We hope this helps.
