• Hello, This Range, model AGR6303MMS, comes with 2 oven racks. When using the Broiler, place one of the oven racks in the broiler drawer. If you are missing an oven rack, we recommend contacting Amana® at (866) 616-2664. We are available M - F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.

• Good morning. No broiler rack and only one rack. I purchased the floor model though so I didn’t question these two items. Hope this helps.
