• Yes it's fluffs but does not have a moisture sensor and it does beep

• Cat, Dryer model number NED4655EW does have a moisture sensor, it will sense the moisture in the load and shut off when the load reaches the selected dryness level. It also has a no heat air dry option. This Dryer does not have a beeper to advise you when the load is dry.
