“hello i have an amana dryer ned 4655ew 1 this dryid is brand new however this dryer will not dry the close at the hottest point the clothes have to take 3 cycles at the hottest point to dry can you do some thing about it”

I would check and make sure the dryer is venting freely outside when on. If it is not and there is a restriction the dryer can not vent out the moisture and heat and will take longer to dry your clothes.
