• yes they charge . For a dryer of$399.00 I wound up paying over $575.00. Delivery, plug . dryer vent. and old dryer removal and taxes.

• Yes, they will remove your old dryer for a charge ( at the time I ordered was $19). You can pick this option at checkout if ordering online.
