“Can you please help with the warranty on this dryer?I am worried the heating element is going out.We bought this over a year ago and it's taking me extra long to dry items.I ran a load of towels on high heat and I had to run it twice and they are damp.”

• It doesn't dry unless you run them 2-4 times at least! Very unhappy and my energy bill has drastically increased using this dryer!
