The box states, compatible with Android 5.0, iOS 10.0 or later. My wrist is 6 inches and I have 3 more holes to go smaller and 10 holes to go larger. It goes from 6 inches to 8 and 1/2 inches. It does have a DOD section under More where you have options or make you can make a custom time. It has a lot of options for tracking your health. The app shows more details of what it is keeping track of.

The night mode gives you a fair indication of your sleep pattern as well. Beware though, I have not been able to secure an extra charger. Be sure not to loose the charger....
