As with any app, your information is never truly private. My recommendation is to use it to track your workouts, but don't provide your personal details like height /weight/ etc. and turn your location and bluetooth off as soon as you're done syncing. There is a privacy policy that you have to agree to when you download the app, which looks similar to others. Never trust an app to not sell/share/use your data though.
