count. You can set your goals, Weight, sleep, steps, calories but I need to read up on how best to utilize them. For me, it set me up for a goal of 8,000 steps a day, which
usually the goal would be 10,000. I am 5'2, 134 pounds 60 yrs old. Another pound and it would consider me as obese, oh well.
