• the Band 5 doesn't have a specific tracker for medication reminders , however it as alarms that you can use to remind you of you medication, Yes it does notify when you reach your steps goal and other goals set on the Zepp App

• I have not noticed any reminders, but it does let you know when you have reached your step goal for the day.
