Re-sync it to your phone should fix it

Please try again later.Please note the time is automatically retrieved from your smartphone when it is paired to the Zepp app. Please make sure your phone's time is correct and that the connection with the watch is good through the Zepp app. You can try to unpair it from the app and pair it back up to try to resolve the issue as well.
