• Hi there, Yes the watch has Health Alerts if turned-on in the Zepp app such as Heart Rate monitoring , Blood Oxygen, Sleep etc. as the watch doesn't measure Blood pressure it can't monitor blood pressure. Kieron | Amazfit Support
