You can't.  Send a message to the place you bought it,  explain it to them.  If you get no satisfaction,  return it with a negative review.

Hi there, please note we do not include the charging cable since it is a standard USB-C cable that is used for all current devices. To be more eco-friendly and reduce waste we have not included it with the watch. If you do not have one already then you can purchase one at your local electronics store, BestBuy, Walmart, Target, Staples, or CVS/Walgreens.
