“Can the screen be set to show in direct sunlight as well as the prior Amazfit Bip? I cannot find a way to do that so far. I will return it if not.”

Hi there, the GTS 2 Mini Display has an AMOLED display which has an automatic brightness setting allowing you to see the watch in very or very dark environments , the display on the Bip was transflective which absorbs the sun's light to display in bright sun conditions , so as the displays are totally different they can't be replicated by a setting. Please try again later.In short, NO, this model's AMOLED screen cannot show in daylight anywhere nearly as well as the transflective screen of the Bip and Bip S models that I have. Also, the brightening method used by the AMOLED in sunlight uses more battery power vs transflective which uses none.
