Hi there, GTS 4 Mini has 5 ATM waterproofing meaning it can be submerged unto 50 meters in Both pool and open water swimming, before going in the pool make sure to use the pool swimming mode to lock the screen to keep the watch working and tracking your health data while swimming , also the watch is not to be used while showering due to the heat from the shower can compromise the adhesive on the watch over time.
