• Hi there, You can only reply to messages if your watch is paired with an Android Device, If you are paired to and Android device on the Zepp app --> Profile--> GTS 4 Mini --> Notifications and Reminders --> Incoming SMS --> Turn on. Kieron | Amazfit Support
