Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Sorry for the late response. I've noticed when trying to access the code from my cell phone browser, it would no longer work after a while. I pulled up the Best Buy site from my email after receiving the ready to redeem, and it opens up just fine. Inconvenient yes, that you have to use a laptop, computer or comparable instead of directly from your phone but problem easily fixed this way. Hope this helps. Have a blessed day.
