“Can you use the voice remote if you do not have wireless connected? I just installed the Omni TV but I have to replace my network modem (not working). I have not been able to register my new TV and the voice part of the remote is not working.”

• You need internet in order for Alexa/the voice remote to work.

• Hello, The Omni TV is hands-free TV with Alexa. There are built in microphones throughout, just ask to turn on the TV\, and find, launch, and control content, so you can put down the remote. This is a main feature therefore, your remote voice response is impaired the same as your TV until you get your WiFi up and running. I hope this information helps, have a great day!
