“I can’t figure out how to hook up I went to App Store and still nothing”

• You can tell Alexa to turn on Bluetooth. Also make sure to download the Alexa app when doing set up and hold down the action button on Alexa which is the dot and the lights will turn orange which means it’s now in set up mode and go can continue from your Alexa app.

• Hi There, To initially set up your device you will need to download the "Alexa" application in your mobile devices app store. From there, you will need to log in with your Amazon account, on the bottom of the screen in the application, you will select the devices icon, and then in the top right hand corner of the screen you can hit the plus icon.
