• A:Answer Hello Wayne, swipe down from the top of the screen and you should see a brightness bar that you can slide to adjust the brightness on your tablet. You can also go into the Settings from your home screen and select display. In here you can also adjust the brightness.

• A:Answer There are some games (apps) you can play without wifi, once downloaded, but generally speaking, yes, you need wifi to access the majority of features, unless previously downloaded.

• A:Answer Hi Cindy, Yes you can set up parental controls, I've listed the steps below. Set Up Parental Controls on Your Fire Tablet. Restrict access to shopping, downloading content, and settings on your device (FireOS 5 and higher). Alternatively, use Amazon FreeTime to select and share content from your Amazon library with your child or allow access to kid-friendly Amazon-curated content. Note: Your parental controls password is different from your lock screen password. Swipe down twice from the top of the screen to show Quick Settings. > Tap the Settings icon. > Tap Parental Controls. > Toggle the switch to On. > Enter and confirm your password. Make sure that you record your password. > Tap Finish. A lock icon appears at the top of the screen when parental controls are enabled.

• A:Answer Hi Dolly, The tablet doesn't come with a memory card, but you can definitely add one to load photos on. Any micro sd card up to 256gb will work with this tablet.

Q: QuestionWill this work to store pictures from multiple sources? I am looking for a way to store all my photos from multiple sources (ie old phones, digital cameras, memory cards, memory sticks) in one place. I want to use to basically as a digital photo album

• A:Answer You would want Prime Photos on the source that you want to export photos from and on the tablet then they should update daily. I would probably use a memory card in the tablet also for more storage space.

• A:Answer Hi, Yes several ways for sure, if using wi-fi, hotspot with email or messaging, or connecting to another device on the same server to copy. May have to load an available app for photos to a new tablet, I don't remember. Old school, you could check on downloading to a storage device or a card in the optional micro card slot to mail also. I've not tried that part of the tech. Hope this helps.
