If you prefer to use the Google browser, need Google play store apps or get gmail directly on the tablet, you need to side load the Google play store. There are numerous UTube instructions to do so. Basically 4 files are downloaded/opened in a particular order to get it on the tablet. I do not have experience with remote learning.on it but i have done an online class and Duo video chats with it and it worked.

I would try getting rid of apps you do not use, clear the cache of apps you frequently use, and add a micro SD card to put some of those apps and pictures or whatever else you have downloaded to it to free up space. Hope that helps.
