• Sounds like the microphone is turned off. Try pressing the mic button on the top.

• Would recommend you delete the ap from your phone and reinstall. I recently had to do this with mine and as a result, works like new.

• It sounds like you pressed the disbale mic button on top. Press the mic button on top and you should be good to go. Hope that helps.
