Yes, Alexa is great for reminders, you can tell her what to remind you of, and the time you want reminded as well. You can set reminders from your phone or by voice. If you have the App on your phone, you can set the reminders for her. However, she will need to be in the vicinity when the reminder goes off. It's just like the alarm, it won't wake you up if you're spending the night outside of your home!
