• One has a clock and one don't is the only difference I see.

• Hi Keeks, aside from the design a few of the differences are:Echo 4-gen: 3.0in woofer, 2x 0.8in tweeter Echo 3-gen: 3.0in woofer, 0.8in tweeter and Echo 4-gen also has, Zigbee, Sidewalk, BLE Mesh. I hope I have answered your question. Thank you!!
