Hello, Unfortunately Z-wave and Zigbee are two different technologies, and they are not interchangeable. This will only work for devices that use Zigbee technology. Hope that helps.
Yes the 4th gen premium hub has the zigbee build inside don't need the plug they also work out side to the mail box with the build i sidewalk you can bluetooth them also
