• Yes, in fact it only works that way. Alexa auto is essentially only a microphone to listen for “Alexa...” but the response and all subsequent audio streams from your phone through Bluetooth to the car. So your car only has one connection which is to your phone and an Alexa is also connected to your phone but only as a microphone.
