It’s possible, but you would need a wi-fi signal for operation. Either by integrated wi-if or tethering on your phone (not as easy to deal with)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have never tried but it seems possible if you have WiFi enabled in your car. You have to hook the echo dot up to a WiFi source & an outlet. These may be your two limitations to accomplishing this task.
