• Should work with any wireless internet connection that is 2.4ghz (wireless B/G/N) and 5.0ghz (N). If your cell phone is also an internet hotspot you can connect it to that also.

• If you mean AUX cable then yes. If you mean the cable provider then no, will only work with other Alexa powered devices.
