- Answer The Echo Dot is a device made by Amazon and with that being said I would most definitely suggest contacting Amazon directly for any issues or suggestions that you may have on their devices. However, to be completely honest with you, your thoughts and concerns may fall upon deaf ears through a regular customer service call as that person will have no say over what the engineers do to their products. I am sure this is not the answer you were looking for, but sadly it is most likely the truth As I am sure you can understand.

- Answer Give you a sports team and weather update. Answers trivia questions. Plays music and reads Amazon Audilble books. Set an alarm clock and with a smart home light bulb can turn on the lights in the morning to help you get up. If cel phone app has your preferences, you can find out about the fastest route to work for daily commute and order items off Amazon Prime with a voice command. I have not begun to explore all the possibilities such as home security too.

- Answer You don't in that way. Amazon Dot isn't a bluetooth speaker. It can play music directly from the internet like your ipod does. It won't work with apple music but will work with pretty much everything else. So if you have an account with pandora, spotify, amazon music, etc. you can have the dot play from those services.

- Answer You cannot change the timer sound. :( You can only change the timer volume right now. Not sure why this isn't already a thing... but it is not. What I did was I asked Alexa to change the timer, she gave me instructions. I then went to my ap and sent "more feedback" - maybe if enough folks ask for this update we will get it.
