• I have purchased 5 of these. I have 1 in my kitchen & 1 in my bedroom. My daughter & 2 grands live only 6 miles away from me. Ive only ever purchased the 5th Generation so I can't compare for you. We all enjoy the speaker quality. My daughter & grands play music on theirs & I do on occasion.
