    • Answer Hi ---,The Amazon Echo Dot Max uses Alexa (or the newer Alexa+) as its voice assistant and does not support Google Assistant or direct integration with Google Home/Nest ecosystems. The key limitations are: 1. You cannot replace Alexa with Google Assistant on the device itself. 2. It won't join Google Home speaker groups for multi-room audio or respond to "Hey Google" commands natively. It can work wtih some Google-related features in limited ways: 1) Google Services integration such as linking your Google Calendar, Gmail, or Tasks to Alexa for reminders, events and basic queries.2) You can pair it as a regular Bluetooth speaker to a phone, tablet, or computer running Google Assistant for playback. 3) Many devices work with both Alexa and Google Assistant for home automation. The Echo Dot Max has a built-in smart home hub (Zigbee, Matter, Thread) that supports cross-platform standards.Hope you have a great day.
