If you're looking to be able to utilize features like the Ring Indoor Camera's two way talk, you'll just need to link your Ring and Alexa accounts in the Alexa app. Generally, any cameras that feature the "Works With Alexa" badge can be linked up with Alexa and used in routines along with the Echo Dot with Clock such as making an announcement when they see movement.
