• Hello Candi, The Echo Dot with Clock itself does not require any subscriptions for basic use. The only required account is an Amazon account. With this, you will be able to access Alexa capabilities. If you would like to add any additional services, such as Audible, Pandora, Spotify, Etc. There may be secondary subscription requirements for those services. I hope this helps!
