• There is not a way to do that on the Frame itself nor in the App. It's *possible* that certain phones might have a Balance feature where this would be possible, but that would be a feature of the specific phone rather than the Frames themselves.

• Not that I am aware of. Sound plays equally through both temples. However, with the "open-ear" design, its fairly easy to be able to hear what is going on around you while listening to music, podcasts, etc.
