• I have a mini Bose and I have echo dot plugged in via the audio cable. It also works via Bluetooth. Works perfectly.

• It should be able to do so if your Bose radio has either bluetooth or a simple audio connection. Even an older radio is likely to have an audio connection, so it seems likely.

• If the radio has an aux input or bluetooth you can connect the Echo input with no problem, also you need data connectivity from your phone or wifi.
