• Echo plus definitely doesn’t have the same quality. This is a higher quality speaker.

• I've never heard the Phillips Hub but the Alexa Echo Plus has beautiful, clear sound.

• I have the Echo Dot, and the Plus is louder, but it also has way too much bass. I would go with another device and buy speakers separately.
