Hello enlargeprint! Yes you can absolutely set a feature that would allow you to magnify the screen print and picture. You can find the settings for this by swiping down from the top of your Echo Show 15 screen, tapping Settings, scrolling to Accessibility, and then enable Screen Magnifier. With this feature enabled you will be able to triple tap the screen to start or stop magnification. Drag 2 fingers to pan and pinch out with 2 fingers to change the zoom level.
