• Yes it does. I’ve only used the camera and not the doorbell function but according to the skill it’s supposed to do it all

• Yes. It will alert you of motion ir when someone rings the bell depending in how you have your settings for it. You can also stream the doorbell live by saying Alexa show me (whatever you have your doorbell name). The image quality is great. This is the entire reason I bought mine.
