• I have a first GEN I just purchased a second GEN Echo show an answer to the question is yes it will stream music I highly recommend it

• For the most part, yes. You can link your Pandora account up through the Alexa app and have Alexa play your music by voice commands, but you won't be able to open the Pandora app. You can also ask Alexa to go to a website or have her open Silk Browser or Firefox Browser, then type the website you wish to visit, like YouTube or Amazon. Most websites do work, but some may not, it just depends on what website you're visiting.
