Yes, it has a camera. It also has a sliding lens cover to physically block the camera.

YES IT DOES HAVE A CAMERA. IT HAS A SHUTTER THAT ALLOWS YOU TO SHUT OFF THE CAMERA WHEN YOU DON'T NEED IT.

Hello yes it does. But the other person needs to have one also. I would assume that it would work with the echo too.
