Although the Amazon Echo Show 8 has a front facing camera it will not identify object or items in the home, however someone who is visually impaired is still able to utilize the Amazon Echo Show 8 many different ways. They will be able to ask for weather, news, to play music, also they will be able to sync their calendars and Alexa will be able to read their calendar and help them with day to day tasks.
