You will need to go to your Amazon Alexa app, go to all devices and find your Amazon Show. Scroll down to Home Screen Background. It will let you add 10 pictures at a time, or you can choose different setting to show pictures

The wallpaper pictures come from your Amazon Photos app and can be used as a slideshow to rotate through as your wallpaper. So assuming that you have photos already saved into your Amazon Photos app, the steps to update the settings for this feature are as follows. Step 1: Swipe down from the top of the screen on your Echo Show. Step 2: Tap Settings. Step 3: Tap Wallpaper & Clock. Step 4: Tap "Change" that is highlighted under Amazon Photos. As you can see in the settings, located below Wallpaper & Clock, you can also select Home Content and toggle on or off the content you would like displayed.
