• Hello 6goff, As long as your parents have a wifi connection then they'll be able to set up and use an Echo Device. You can call them a few ways: 1. You can voice or video call them from your Echo device to their echo device by asking Alexa to call them. Or 2. You can ask Alexa on your echo device to dial their landline number. Hope this helps!
