With Alexa, you can make hands-free voice or video calls to anyone who has a supported Alexa-enabled device or the Alexa app. On Alexa-enabled devices, you can even use services like Zoom, Chime and Skype. You can add contacts to your Alexa app that controls that device, and then you can make calls to those contacts from an Alexa enabled device. Here are the steps to do that: 1. Open the Alexa app. 2. Select ‘Communicate’ from the bottom navigation bar. 3. Select the contact icon in the top right corner. 4. Select the menu icon in the top right corner. 5. Select ‘Add Contact’ to add individual contacts or select ‘Import Contacts’ to enable Alexa to upload contacts from your device’s address book. Once you add contacts, you can say, "Alexa, call Sally" and the device will call that number. If that person has a compatible Alexa-enabled device, like the Echo Show 8, you can video call that person as well as voice call. I hope this information helps. Have a great day!
