“Bought 3 of these for myself and children in different areas for the purpose of all to video call. Having trouble setting up for this purpose. Can video call 1 other but not both. Any suggestions?”

• Hello, Its so hard to say what is going on with the others. Could be the Wifi, could be that they are not synced to device for calling, your best bet would be to seek Amazon support via their web page under the "contact us" section of the main menu.

• They have to have permissions setup in their Alexa app to call them. Also, I am not sure that a call to multiple at the same time is even possible if that was your goal.
