A:AnswerNo I set one up for my mother in law using my mobile phone I can video call her drop in ECT from my phone which makes checking on her easier she will be able to video call anyone from the echo show she just won't be able to do anything away from home
A:AnswerAs you said, it depends on the brand of cameras. I have eufy cameras and doorbell cam. Mine runs through my phone which is then added to echoes skills. Which then can live stream, payback and 2 way mic. But it all depends on the brand of system you have I would expect.
