A:Answer All they need is a cell phone number. Just the number to save in your phone as a contact. To set it up, they just need and Amazon logon and password. Once it’s set up, you need their cell number in and you need the Alexa app. Then you go into the Alexa app, go to your contacts, add them as a contact with that cell number, choose them, then choose Echo show and it rings on the Echo show in their house. So you see them on your phone, and they see you on the Echo.
