A:AnswerLcoomy, when I lose my sound it is for two reasons. The first is a spotty WiFi connection which I am trying to fix. The second happens when a family member is using our shared Amazon Music account or another shared music service. To fix the latter would require paying more which I do not want to do. If it is just yourself, try resetting the password in case someone is using your account.
If those aren't your case, get Amazon to replace your Echo Studio as we are in the first year of production and bad ones do happen.

A:Answeryou download the Amazon echo App and after you open the app plug the studio in and wait a minute then follow the instructions. You can move it outside but you can't leave it out in the weather. One other note is to make sure your home WiFi is accessible where you want to use it.
