• You can Bluetooth your phone to connect to your songs. You don't have to pay for Amazon prime music to listen but you may not get access to specific songs. I am happy with selecting a genre and having random songs play so don't need Prime.

• No, you can connect your Spotify, Pandora, ect. accounts through the app to listen to music. Amazon has a good deal to listen to unlimited music for 3.99 on the Echo from Amazon.

• If you have Amazon prime you can listen to stations or music that is in your library. I'm sure there are plenty of free radio apps that you can add to Alexa. She's limitless.
