• Yes to Bluetooth. No to FaceTime, that is specific to apple products.

• You can bluetooth head phones. We use kids messenger to "facetime" our family from it.

• Yes you can use bluetooth headphones, I don't think facetime is useable out of the box. But this is technically an android product.

• Hello Sharon! This device can definitely use Bluetooth headphones however, FaceTime is an exclusive Apple feature only available on Apple devices. There are a multitude of video calling services available though such as Zoom. Also, Alexa has video calling features that can be used to do video calls between Alexa devices such as an Echo or any smartphone with the Alexa app installed.
